About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food. The role involves food preparation and cooking, maintaining food quality and portion control, and helping ensure customer orders are accurate and timely. This is an hourly position paying $20.00 per hour. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control while cooking and serving at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure food is served accurately and on time.
• Maintain store cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
