About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join the team as Kitchen Crew Members. This role supports back-of-house operations and helps deliver high-quality food to customers. Kitchen Crew Members prepare food, stock inventory, maintain food quality and portion control, and cook and serve orders accurately and promptly. They also keep the store clean and sanitized, follow health and safety requirements and company procedures, and maintain regular, punctual attendance. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure food is served accurately and promptly to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
