About The Position

The Kitchen Crew Member works in restaurant operations and provides fast, friendly guest service. The role includes maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food in compliance with brand, company, and health department requirements, and helping ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The employee also maintains accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, follows applicable laws and safety codes, and completes incident reports according to the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to embody the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part-time, with day and evening shift availability.

• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with the hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
• Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50+ pounds, including lifting from ground level to overhead.

• Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Follow government laws and safety codes.
• Complete reports on incidents following the 5-minute rule policy.
