Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to McDonald’s recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Assemble orders accurately and efficiently, including special requests.
• Follow food safety, handwashing, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
• Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and floors clean.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Communicate with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Follow portion guidelines and preparation procedures to help reduce food waste.
