About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune-Up Bloomfield is hiring a Production Manager to lead project execution across their fast-growing kitchen and bath divisions. This is a working leadership role, with approximately 70% of the time spent in field management and 30% on hands-on technical problem-solving. The Production Manager will oversee the master install calendar, direct in-house technicians, manage the sub-trade network, and provide on-site coaching, technical problem-solving, and project oversight. The company emphasizes organized job sites, structured systems, and clear growth opportunities, with dedicated office support for administrative tasks and modern systems like JobTread and CompanyCam for project management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience running residential remodeling as a Production Manager, Project Manager, or Lead Foreman.
Hands-on skill in cabinetry, cabinet refacing, and finish carpentry.
Working knowledge of bath trades, including tile, plumbing, and electrical.
Ability to read blueprints and cabinet spec packages.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using job management apps such as JobTread and CompanyCam.
Valid NJ driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Direct and mentor 5 to 6 in-house kitchen/bath technicians, setting quality standards across cabinetry, finish carpentry, and bath trades.
Own the master install calendar in JobTread, maintaining a rolling 3-week look-ahead schedule for crews and sub-trades, and verifying material availability before work commences.
Resolve layout, fabrication, and structural field issues, and execute tasks related to cabinet refacing, custom cabinets, finish carpentry, and full bathroom remodels (tile, plumbing, waterproofing).
Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, providing daily progress updates to homeowners.
Maintain daily logs in JobTread and CompanyCam, and drive punch lists to completion for prompt project closeouts.
