About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up of Northern New Jersey is hiring one experienced in-home sales consultant for Essex County. This role focuses on selling cabinet refacing and redooring, full custom kitchens, full bath remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, and aging-in-place upgrades. The company handles the design and installation, allowing the sales consultant to focus solely on sales. The compensation is commission-based, with 8% on every project closed and installed, and is uncapped. The company provides 5-7 pre-screened, exclusive appointments per week. Kitchens range from $25,000–$100,000+, and baths range from $20,000–$50,000+.

Requirements

Experience in in-home kitchen & bath, remodeling, or comparable home improvement sales is required.
Proven comfort closing $20,000–$100,000+ tickets.
Ability to run 5–7 consultations a week.
Hold a 30%+ close rate.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone.
Basic CRM skills.
One-call-close mentality and a track record to demonstrate it.
