This role focuses on selling cabinet refacing and redooring, full custom kitchens, full bath remodels, tub-to-shower conversions, and aging-in-place upgrades. The company handles the design and installation, allowing the consultant to focus solely on sales. The compensation is 8% straight commission with no base salary or draw, and the company provides 5-7 pre-screened, exclusive appointments per week. Projects range from $20,000 to $100,000+ for kitchens and $20,000 to $50,000+ for baths. Top performers can earn over $2M annually. Requirements

In-home kitchen & bath, remodeling, or comparable home improvement sales experience.
One-call-close mentality.
Track record of successful sales.
Proven comfort closing $20,000–$100,000+ tickets.

Responsibilities
