About The Position

As a Kitchen Associate at Parker’s Kitchen, you will support kitchen operations by providing exceptional customer service while preparing food and beverages and completing general kitchen housekeeping duties. You will work with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service, help maintain stocked food and beverage areas, and keep service areas clean and safe. The role requires adherence to food-safety procedures and the company’s Safety and Health Policy.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to stand for extended periods of 8 to 10 hours.
Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to multitask, repeatedly bend, stand, and reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working around wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.

Prepare made-to-order food and beverages according to recipes or customer specifications.
Stock food and beverage areas with products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
Complete cleaning tasks so food and beverage service areas are free of residue, debris, and spills.
Follow the Safety and Health Policy to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
