About The Position

As a Kitchen Associate at Parker’s Kitchen, you will support kitchen operations by providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and completing general kitchen housekeeping duties. You will work with other kitchen staff to prepare and serve food promptly, communicate inventory or equipment issues to supervisors, and assist with receiving and storing food and supplies. You will maintain safe food-handling practices, prepare made-to-order items according to recipes or customer specifications, stock food and beverage areas, keep service areas clean, and follow the Safety and Health Policy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to multitask and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels.
