About The Position

All Together Recovery LLC (ATR) provides multiple levels of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery-related supports. The Kitchen & Canteen Assistant serves as a role model for program participants, demonstrating integrity, recovery competence, and professionalism. The role supports meal preparation, kitchen sanitation, canteen operations, and client engagement. It also involves maintaining a safe and compliant environment, tracking canteen accounts, and supporting Client Support/House Management as needed.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license.
• Maintain required personal certifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license.
• Participate in staff meetings and required trainings.
• Know and follow all ATR rules, policies, and procedures.
• Model servant leadership and operate with integrity.
• Communicate clearly and respond promptly to correspondence.
• Maintain required personal certifications and training.
• Maintain required records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate and coach clients on house rules and expectations.
• Assist with meal preparation and timely distribution.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas to health and safety standards.
• Keep equipment in good working condition and report issues promptly.
• Maintain adequate food, snack, and drink supplies.
• Assist in labeling, purchasing, inventorying, and securing stock.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform canteen duties, including distribution and financial tracking.
• Support Client Support/House Management as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
