The Dishwasher & Kitchen Assistant is responsible for maintaining the kitchen dishwasher room, providing assistance to the Head Cook in prepping needed items for meals, assist with janitorial duties in both the kitchen and dining room areas, and any other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Cook or Operations Manager.
