About The Position
The Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher washes dishes and assists kitchen staff with food preparation at Maravilla Santa Barbara. The dining program features made-to-order meals, seasonal and regional menus, signature dishes, and daily specials. The position does not require late-night work. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes according to procedures.
- Keep dining room wait-station areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Set up the buffet.
- Maintain clean, ample supplies of dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, and folded napkins.
- Assist with food preparation.
