About The Position

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is a premier provider of multi-gigabit fiber internet, whole-home Wi-Fi, internet security, and voice services. This role is for motivated individuals to join the team as Residential Outside Sales Representatives. The company provides tools and paid training to turn people skills into a high-paying career. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Kinetic, managing a local territory and engaging directly with residents to provide high-speed internet solutions. This involves consultative selling, identifying resident needs and matching them with Kinetic internet products, processing orders, setting up billing, and ensuring a smooth activation for customers. You will also follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network. Additionally, you will use provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and internal software to maximize sales.

Requirements

Mobility: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Outdoor Adaptability: You’re comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (25 Mbps+ internet).
Comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
Ability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.
