About The Position

KidStrong is coming soon to Plymouth and here’s your opportunity get in on the ground floor! Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping kids grow? Do you love creating fun and engaging experiences for children? If so, KidStrong wants you to join our team as a KidStrong Coach! As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Requirements

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Understand the KidStrong programs and communicate it with flair.
• Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with training programs
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
• Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
• Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
• Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
