KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives. This role offers a fun, energetic, and professional team environment where coaches engage with both kids and parents.

Requirements

• Experience coaching kids ages 15 months to 8 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months to 8 years old).
• Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
• Engage with parents and kids.
• Conduct private class coaching sessions.
