About The Position

KidStrong Franklin is looking for energetic individuals who are great with kids and want to do meaningful work. KidStrong is a science-based training program that develops brain, body, and character in children from crawling to age 11. Coaches are central to the KidStrong experience, fostering an environment where children feel strong, brave, and capable. This role is more than babysitting or daycare; it's a high-level coaching position with significant rewards.

Requirements

Experience working with children ages 15 months–11 years (coaching, teaching, camp, PT/OT).
Ability to communicate effectively with parents.
Some working knowledge of movement, exercise technique, or body mechanics.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification before the first class.
High energy and a positive attitude.
Coachable and reliable.

Nice To Haves

Background in athletics, coaching, education, or child development.
Experience as a former teacher, camp counselor, pediatric therapist, kinesiology student, or college athlete.

Responsibilities

Coaching small groups of children through a structured curriculum focused on physical development, cognitive skills, and character.
Connecting with parents to explain the program's methodology and highlight children's progress.
Creating an environment where children develop confidence and a positive self-image.
