About The Position

The Kids Supervisor enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. This role manages and implements safe, fun, and entertaining activities and games for children ages three months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. The position also supports member and guest service, maintains operational documentation and cleaning processes, promotes Kids programs and services, and provides feedback and coaching to team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before the first day of work.
• Obtain First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Complete all state or federal requirements before the first day of work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Ability to engage a group of children in an activity.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage children in interactive activities, including storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment, considering toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings.
• Maintain operational documentation, audit and delegate cleaning checklists, and manage staffing.
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
