About The Position

The Kids Supervisor enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. The role manages and implements engaging, safe, fun, and entertaining activities and games for children from three months to 11 years old within the Academy and classes.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before the first day of work.
• First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification are required within the first 60 days of hire.
• Must complete all state or federal requirements before the first day of work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children.
• Ability to engage a group of children in an activity.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engages children in interactive activities, including storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment, considering toys, sports equipment, other children, and the surroundings.
• Maintains operational documentation, audits and delegates cleaning checklists, and manages staffing.
• Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Completes Team Member Evaluations and provides feedback and coaching as needed.
