About The Position

The Kids Program Associate provides fun, memorable experiences for children ages 4–12 while maintaining professionalism. The role teaches authentic Western horsemanship and assists and guides children during other ranch activities. It is a part-time position that could develop into year-round opportunities within the company’s divisions, including hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or a customer-service-oriented position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
• Comfort working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Experience working with children is required.

Nice To Haves

• Riding experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Childcare certification or experience, if applicable to kids’ club duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise activities for children in the kids’ club.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
• Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate programs.
• Communicate with parents about club activities and their children’s participation.
• Teach horsemanship lessons, including leading children on lead line.
• Assist and guide children during ranch activities.
