About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Parent-Child Fitness Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead engaging classes designed for toddlers supervised by their parents, focusing on movement, coordination, and social skills in a fun and safe environment. You will also oversee fitness programs for older children who participate independently, promoting fitness, confidence, and teamwork. My Gym does a lot in our community. One of the ways we serve the churches and preschools of Charlotte and Fort Mill/ Rock Hill is through our outbound/mobile program. We are hiring bright men and women who will serve as gym teachers for those schools. We travel to preschools during the week and run high-energy classes for 2-5 year old's. At My Gym, your role goes beyond teaching “Parent and Me” programs. It includes leading independent classes for children, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. Requirements

Backgrounds in sports, kinesiology, physical fitness, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, or martial arts.

Responsibilities

Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes, ensuring a positive experience for all participants
Foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation
Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones
