About The Position
My Gym Children's Fitness in Fairfield is hiring high-energy team members to lead fun, structured classes for children (ages 6 weeks–10 years). This role involves movement, music, and making a real impact, with no desk job or boring shifts. Requirements
- Loves working with kids (childcare, daycare, babysitting, camp, etc.)
- Energetic, outgoing, and reliable
- Comfortable leading groups and being interactive
Nice To Haves
- Coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater experience
- Early childhood education or preschool settings experience
Responsibilities
- Lead children's classes, camps, and birthday parties
- Coach kids through games, obstacle courses, and activities
- Create a safe, structured, high-energy environment
- Talk with parents and build relationships
- Help with tours and basic front desk support
