About The Position
My Gym Children's Fitness is hiring high-energy coaches and teachers to lead fun, structured classes for kids (ages 6 weeks–10 years). This role offers a unique opportunity to get paid to play with kids, stay active, and build a career in early childhood. There are no desks or boring shifts, just movement, music, and making an impact. The company is looking for individuals who love working with children, are energetic, outgoing, and reliable, and are comfortable leading groups. Experience in coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, or early childhood education is a plus.
Requirements
- Loves working with kids (childcare, babysitting, camp, etc.)

- Comfortable leading groups and being "on stage"

Responsibilities
- Lead children's classes, camps, and birthday parties
- Coach kids through games, obstacle courses, and activities
- Create a safe, structured, high-energy environment
- Talk with parents and build relationships
- Help with tours and basic front desk support
