About The Position
My Gym Children's Fitness in Wellesley is hiring high-energy team members for a fun, active part-time role working with children (ages 6 weeks–10 years). This is not a desk job with boring shifts; it involves movement, music, and making kids smile.
Requirements
- Enjoys working with kids (childcare, babysitting, camp, etc.)
- Energetic, positive, and reliable
- Comfortable leading groups and being interactive
- Afternoons + at least one weekend day required
- Part-time, year-round
Nice To Haves
- Experience in: Childcare, daycare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist children's classes (fitness, games, obstacle courses)
- Run birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment
- Talk with parents and build relationships
- Help keep the gym clean and organized
