About The Position

My Gym Fairfield is hiring Kids Coaches and Birthday Party Hosts to join their team. This role involves leading fun movement classes, playing games, teaching gymnastics skills, running birthday parties, and creating a positive experience for children and families. No prior gymnastics or My Gym experience is necessary, as paid training is provided. The position requires leading energetic classes for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years, teaching various skills, hosting events, building relationships, and maintaining a fun environment. Responsibilities may also include supporting tours, front desk duties, and team collaboration to ensure smooth gym operations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare, nannying, daycare, preschool, camps, education, sports, coaching, gymnastics, dance, theater, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
