About The Position

My Gym Fairfield is hiring Kids Coaches and Birthday Party Hosts to join their team. This role involves leading fun movement classes, playing games, teaching gymnastics skills, running birthday parties, and creating a positive experience for children and families. No prior gymnastics or My Gym experience is required, as paid training is provided. The position is active, social, and fun, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead energetic classes for children ages 6 weeks–10 years
• Teach movement, gymnastics, games, music, and obstacle courses
• Host birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Build relationships with kids and families
• Create a fun and welcoming environment
• Support tours and front desk responsibilities when needed
• Work closely with your team to keep the gym running smoothly
