About The Position

Some jobs have you staring at a screen all day. At this one, your job is to make kids laugh, cheer them through their first cartwheel, and throw the birthday party they've been counting down to all week. My Gym Newton is looking for someone who wants exactly that kind of day: bring the energy, run the room, and be the coach kids talk about at dinner.

Requirements

• Get energy from being around kids instead of feeling drained by it
• Can walk into a room of 4-year-olds and have them following your lead in five seconds flat
• Show up reliably for every shift with the same good energy
• Come from dance, gymnastics, coaching, theater, or early childhood, or you're just naturally that person

• No My Gym Experience? No problem. We train you from day one, and that training is fully paid.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy movement and gymnastics classes for kids from 6 weeks to 10 years old, and watch them grow more confident every week
• MC birthday parties and special events.
• Build real relationships with families who come back week after week and know you by name
• Keep the space clean, safe, and running smoothly so every visit feels great
• Pitch in on tours, walk-ins, and the front desk when needed
