About The Position

Kids Club Associates provide a safe, comfortable, and interactive environment for children of members and guests. The role involves greeting members, guests, and children; responding to member questions and concerns; maintaining a clean and orderly work area; and delivering high-quality customer service. Associates may also support other departments with related tasks. Regular, predictable attendance is required, and associates must be able to work opening, closing, and mid-day shifts.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children of multiple age ranges in a group setting.
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
• Warm and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to perform essential physical activities, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet members, guests, and their children.
• Respond to member questions, concerns, and discrepancies.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Provide a safe and comfortable environment for all children.

• Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
