About The Position

The Kids Club Attendant provides customer service and structured activities and programs for children. The role is part-time at FFC Elmhurst, with required shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Compensation is $15.40 per hour. CPR/AED certification is required. The attendant helps keep the childcare room, toys, and accessories clean, and communicates member complaints and incident reports to management within 24 hours. Punctual attendance is required, and employees must adhere to Fitness Formula Core Values.

FFC provides mandatory hospitality training, including courses to be completed during the employee’s first 90 days, as well as role-specific training arranged with the manager.
