About The Position

Kids Care staff are responsible for providing a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment for kids during Thursday morning and/or evening adult Bible Studies and other church events. The role involves caring for children from birth to 5 years old in the mornings and birth through 4th grade in the evenings. All Kids Care staff will be required to work either Christmas Eve services or Saturday Easter services. Additional opportunities to work will be offered throughout the year during other church events.

Requirements

• Must be a Christian.
• Model Christian behavior and values, serving as a positive example to the kids.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a genuine love for working with kids and a desire to provide them with a positive and nurturing environment.
• Display a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with kids and parents.
• Demonstrate patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
• Have a desire to serve in a Christ-centered environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and maintain the high standard.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and first aid certification preferred but not required.
• Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work additional hours during other church events throughout the year.
