About The Position

EXOS is seeking a Kid Care Associate to create a safe, clean, fun, and family-friendly environment for children at a fitness facility. The associate will build positive relationships with children, parents, and facility members while supporting age-appropriate learning and educational opportunities. The role also involves maintaining professional attire and a courteous attitude, attending department meetings as needed, and collaborating with teammates to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior childcare experience.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification, obtained in person and covering infants, children, and adults.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children.
• Basic understanding of the MS Office suite.
