About The Position

SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role involves building relationships with customers, creating fitting room experiences, wardrobing and styling clients, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive culture. The Keyholder will utilize prior selling and supervisory experience to perform essential sales and opening/closing functions, including cash reconciliation, distributing daily sales goals, KPI reminders, ensuring store safety, resolving customer issues, supporting new hires, handling operational tasks, and performing other leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Requirements

1+ years of prior service experience.
Some prior retail supervisory experience.
Passion for Customer Service.
Friendly and outgoing - strong communication skills.
Fashion Savvy.
Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling).
Interest in Retail Management career path.
