SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role involves building relationships with customers, creating fitting room experiences, wardrobing and styling clients, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive culture. The Keyholder will perform essential sales and opening/closing functions, including cash reconciliation, distributing daily sales goals, KPI reminders, ensuring store safety, resolving customer issues, supporting new hires, and handling operational tasks and other leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
