About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its store in Jacksonville, Florida. The role calls for prior management experience, working knowledge of a retail store environment, and the ability to motivate associates. The Keyholder is expected to know UNTUCKit products and practices and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes creating an engaging work environment, supporting sales and customer needs, maintaining the store, and opening and closing it. Hours may vary.

Requirements

Prior management experience.
Working knowledge of a retail store environment.
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work alone in the store.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
High school degree.

BA/BS degree.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information about product features.
Create a fun, relaxed environment where customers feel comfortable shopping.
Maintain the stock room and keep the sales floor tidy.
Open and close the store.
Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
Cross-sell products.
Work with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Contribute to brand decisions by sharing customer feedback and observations.
