As a Keyholder, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the retail store and providing an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• A passion for home luxury products and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, adhering to all operational and security protocols.
• Act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Enforce store policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from selection to checkout.
• Employ sales techniques to promote luxury bedding, sleepwear, loungewear, and bath products.
• Support store management and the retail team in achieving sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cozy Earth's product offerings, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Train and guide team members on product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking, tagging merchandise, and conducting counts.
• Ensure a visually appealing store environment by following merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
