Sézane is seeking a Keyholder to contribute to the next chapter of its journey. This role is responsible for ensuring a unique customer experience, acting as an ambassador for the managers, maintaining the brand image, and ensuring operations and efficiency within the store. The Keyholder will focus on making the customer the priority, providing personalized welcome and optimal customer service, directing solutions for both the physical store ('Appartement') and online (omnichannel approach), and sharing product knowledge and sales techniques with customers and team members. They will also be responsible for leading and empowering the team, communicating necessary information, promoting cooperation, creating group cohesion, and managing the team by motivating them and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the Keyholder will ensure the team embodies the brand, maintain the store's appearance, participate in new collection implementation, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Operational responsibilities include planning and organizing store activity, mastering Sézane policies and procedures, managing point of sale operations, handling specific processes like returns and exchanges, training team members on POS systems, ensuring safety, and preventing inventory shrinkage.
