About The Position

Elation Properties is seeking a full-time cleaner to perform routine cleaning on its common areas and vacated units. This will be a full-time position for the months of June through October and part-time as needed thereafter. The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. We’re looking for a cleaning and sanitation professional who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that our beloved community is always in good condition and maintained properly.

Responsibilities

• Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
• Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
• Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
• Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.
