About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to support an outstanding customer experience and help customers express themselves. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other career-development skills, and promotes advancement from within.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
