About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer experience and help customers express themselves. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and contributing to individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers sales and product training, career development, and advancement opportunities, including a promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
