About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
