About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to contribute to a strong sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, and promotion from within.

Requirements

• Commitment to excellence, a desire to grow, and the ability to provide a superior customer experience.
• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
