About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members to provide an outstanding customer experience. Key Sales Associates engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and detailed information about product features and benefits, and offer extended service plans and financing options. They work with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
