About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role centers on delivering an outstanding customer experience, supporting sales goals, and working collaboratively with the sales team. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills for career development, and promotes advancement from within. The position is located at the Lakeland Square Mall store in Lakeland, Florida.

Requirements

Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
