About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate life and express love. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and its features and benefits, and supporting individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
