About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative people to join its team. Key Sales Associates help customers celebrate and express themselves by delivering a superior customer experience. The position offers sales training, product knowledge development, and opportunities for career advancement through the company’s promotion-from-within philosophy. Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
