About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in prestige beauty, manufacturing, marketing, and selling a wide range of products across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care. We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store. This role involves leading by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to guide the sales team in providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The Key Holder will also be responsible for essential retail operations, including cash handling, reconciliation, and opening/closing the store on a rotational basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience looking for their first supervisory role and a fulfilling career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors for the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Achieve all sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
