About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Key Holder for its BOSS Store in Palm Beach. The role helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder provides customer service and sales support, follows operating procedures and policies, and assists store management with health and safety responsibilities. The role involves building customer relationships and a client base, supporting the merchant group through effective communication and problem solving, and cultivating community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities. The expected base pay rate is $17 per hour; offers may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market, and organizational factors.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Specialty Retail Sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

- BS college degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help drive business through effective communication, support of the merchant group, and general problem solving.
- Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and company policies are followed.
- Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Assist with implementation of Health & Safety policy and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
- Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
