About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the store. This role involves using coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that enable the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will also utilize retail and cash handling experience for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This is an ideal role for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience looking for their first supervisory experience and a fulfilling career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.

- Carry out essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
