About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role uses coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model the behaviors needed to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is suited to an ambitious self-starter with retail experience seeking an initial supervisory opportunity and a potential long-term career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
