About The Position

The Key Holder serves as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS and helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role showcases the brand through merchandise presentations and supports operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits. The position focuses on sales, customer service, client development, product knowledge, store presentation, communication, and opening store operations.

Requirements

1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales targets.
Develop personal sales through proactive sales techniques, client book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
Understand how and when to close a sale.
Create a positive, lasting impression by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining professional standards with customers, peers, and management.
Follow through on commitments made to customers and maintain current knowledge of customer service standards.
Generate ideas for improving customer service and inform customers about upcoming events.
Understand and communicate return and exchange policies.
Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
Maintain professional dress and high personal grooming standards.
Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of new product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
Perform opening store operations.
