About The Position

Uniform Advantage is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service. The role includes assisting with store opening and closing, processing sales transactions, merchandising, and helping customers. The position offers a starting rate of $15.00 per hour, a schedule of 15–25 hours per week, and a monthly bonus opportunity. Occasional offsite retail events may be part of the role.

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background screening, drug test screening, and assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support.
• Help customers select products, find sizes, and receive recommendations.
• Use the POS system to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Maintain store organization, stock, and visual merchandising.
• Support pricing updates, promotions, and displays.
• Handle multiple customers and tasks during busy periods.
• Assist with occasional offsite retail events, such as pop-ups.
